Friends of car accident victim mend fences in Ladner
Friends of Mitchel Reid, who died recently in a Ladner car crash, turned out at the roadside memorial to repair the fence damaged by the crash.
Grant Rigsby, president of the Cedar Tree Lane development strata, which backs onto Ladner Trunk Road, came across the friends rebuilding the fence on Saturday morning and snapped a photograph.
