Ladner Skate Park re-opens
Delta Mayor Lois Jackson was on hand last Saturday for the re-opening of the Ladner Skate Park.
The original facility—adjacent to the Ladner Lesiure Centre—had to be moved to accommodate the new Delta Sport Development Centre. That facility was also officially opened Saturday.
Cost of the new gym that houses the Delta Gymnastic Society came from the federal government ($753,000), Corporation of Delta ($1.25 million) and gymnastics society ($1.2 million)
