Fifth session of TFN Legislature opens

Senator Larry Campbell and Minister of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation Mary Polak were on hand to open the fifth session of the Tsawwassen First Nation Legislature Monday evening (Nov. 7) at the Tsawwassen Longhouse.

Also participating were the 13 members of the legislative assembly, including Chief Kim Baird.

The TFN Legislature represents the first urban First Nation government in Canada.
