Delta Police responded to two reports of break and enters in South Delta on Monday (Dec. 12).

An unknown male suspect allegedly entered a premise in the 3900 block of Arthur Drive through the back door and stole property from inside a desk.

Police say the suspect then fled the scene through the front door. He is described by witnesses as Caucasian, approximately 20 years old, 6' 4" tall with a thin build and blond receding hair. He was wearing jeans and a jean jacket.

Police conducted area patrols with negative results.

That same day, police also responded to the 7400 block of 80th Street in Tilbury after receiving a report of a break and enter. Upon arrival, police discovered the front door had been broken and property had been stolen from the front desk area.

The video surveillance showed three suspects entering the property, and one lone male running from the scene with what appeared to be stolen property.

A vehicle was used to flee the scene. The investigation is still ongoing.
