The week in focus: Spring arrives in Ladner and Tsawwassen
It was a busy week in Ladner and Tsawwassen as spring arrived on Tuesday (March 20).
Much of the action was on the ice as the Delta Ice Hawks closed out one playoff series and continued on to the PIJHL finals against the Abbotsford Pilots Thursday (March 22) at Ladner Arena.
It was also a week when the verdict in the fatal road accident involving RCMP off duty Col. Benjamin Monty Robinson was handed down in Provincial Court in New Westminster.
