Drivers escape injury in Ladner Trunk Rd. collision
No one was injured in a three vehicle collision that halted traffic in both directions along Ladner Trunk Rd. early Monday morning (Sept. 10).
At around 7:30 a.m. a dump truck and its trailer ended up in a ditch on the north side of Ladner Trunk Rd. at 88th St. after colliding with a minivan and pick up truck.
The minivan suffered major damage and the pick up truck came to rest tail first in a ditch on the corner of Ladner Trunk Rd. and 88 St.
The incident closed Ladner Trunk Rd. during the morning rush hour. Traffic was diverted to Hwy. 99 causing major slow downs heading north towards the Massey Tunnel.
