Fire claims business
Delta Police responded to a report of a motion alarm being triggered at a local business located in the 7700-Berg Road on Monday, Jan. 7.
Upon arrival, investigators discovered a fire in one of the large industrial buildings, at which time Delta Fire Department was dispatched to the scene, and was able to extinguish the flames.
There was subsequent extensive damage to machinery in the building, and smoke damage to interior of the premises.
Police do not consider the fire to be suspicious at this time.
