Accident in Ladner sends child to hospital
Ladner Trunk Road's westbound lanes are closed following a collision between a car and a child at 55b Street.
Witnesses say a boy, roughly 12-years-old, was hit by a compact car on the driver's side at the crosswalk on Ladner Trunk Road near the Oki Doki Sushi restaurant.
The boy was airlifted to BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver where he is listed in stable condition.
